Addiction 101 is a self-directed course which provides an introductory overview on addiction. It is for people who are concerned about themselves, family or friends, or who encounter people with addiction problems through their work. 

 

  • If you would like to earn a badge for completing the courses listed below, you need to create an account and use the self-enrol option on the course home page. If you do not want a badge, you do not need to create an account to complete the course. You can go through the material at your own pace and in any order. It takes 20 minutes to complete.

More Feed on The Ground: Recognize, Respond, Refer, and Reflect is an Ontario-based online course that prepares you to support your peers (students) who may be living with mental health concerns.

 

  • The course will take 20-25 minutes to complete, and you can receive a certificate if you complete the survey at the end. 
  • You will need to input your name, email, and a password. For school, select “Other.”
