Addiction 101 is a self-directed course which provides an introductory overview on addiction. It is for people who are concerned about themselves, family or friends, or who encounter people with addiction problems through their work.
- If you would like to earn a badge for completing the courses listed below, you need to create an account and use the self-enrol option on the course home page. If you do not want a badge, you do not need to create an account to complete the course. You can go through the material at your own pace and in any order. It takes 20 minutes to complete.
Be There Certificate is a self-directed course designed to increase knowledge and awareness surrounding mental health. This course will provide you with skills needed to help support yourself or anyone who is struggling with their mental health. It takes less than 2 hours.

Introduction to ADHD Awareness is a module-directed course which provides an introductory overview on attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). This course will help raise your awareness and understanding of ADHD by providing the characteristics and functions of ADHD treatment, signs, and symptoms. It will take 4-5 hours to complete and requires you to create an account to receive a certificate.

More Feet on The Ground: Recognize, Respond, Refer, and Reflect is an Ontario-based online course that prepares you to support your peers (students) who may be living with mental health concerns.
- The course will take 20-25 minutes to complete, and you can receive a certificate if you complete the survey at the end.
- You will need to input your name, email, and a password. For school, select “Other.”
