Research
She has written in the area of barriers to eating disorder service utilization in Canada, nutritional social work and intimate partner violence. She is currently writing a self-help book about reconnecting to who you are after leaving an abusive relationship and navigating the various systems after you leave. Research interests include: Gender-based violence, Structural understanding of eating disorder services, Social determinants of health and barriers to service utilization (Eating Disorders and IPV), Nutritional social work and ecological sustainability, Research and training opportunities in social work education.
