- Clean sweep at the 2026 Dal Cup winning every award available including top orator, and points getter.
2025
- Won the Wilfred Laurier University Hawks Cup in their first appearance at the event and also picked up a top orator award
- Third best speaker at the University of Toronto Cup and made the semi-finals of the event
- Made the quarterfinals of the Nelson Mandela World Human Rights Moot Court Competition in Geneva.
2024
- Third at the Nelson Mandela World Human Rights Moot Court Competition in Geneva. STU Moot also won a fifth-place speaker award. STU Moot was the only North American team in the 2024 competition, and the only team competing from a school which does not have a law school.
2023
- Second at the Nelson Mandela World Human Rights Moot Court Competition in Geneva and picked up two speaker awards, including TOP speaker and third place speaker. Defeated Oxford Law School in the semi-final to reach the final of the tournament. STU Moot was the only North American team in the 2023 competition, and the only team competing from a school which does not have a law school
- Second in the legal brief writing competition at the Manfred Lachs Space Law Moot Court
- Two STU Mooters finish in the top 8 at the Yale AMCA Regional
- Third-place speaker award at the University of Toronto Cup
2022
- First at the Stetson International Environmental Law Moot Court, where STU also won top orator and top written brief, competing against law students from across Canada and the United States
- Top 8 finishes in four law school level competitions. Stetson, the Monroe E. Price Media Law Moot Court, and the Manfred Lachs Space Law Moot Court
2021
- Four students were named as top orators at the South Atlantic Moot Court Regional hosted by the University of Central Florida
- Finished in second place at the Fitchburg Regional Moot Court Competition
- Two students named as Top Orators at nationals
- A student placed first for Top Orator at the St. Thomas Regional Competition
2020
- Second in the Osgoode Cup, while a second team advanced to the quarterfinals
- Two teams tied for 17th place out of 474 teams at the American Moot Court Association National Tournament with one student named a top orator
- Tournament champions at the Orlando Regional, earning speaker awards for 2nd, 10th, 19th, and 20th overall
- First in the Lions Cup Moot Competition (York University)
2019
- Third Overall in the American Moot Court Association. First in Appellate Brief Writing and Third in Oral Advocacy
- Won the Osgoode Cup in their first appearance and crowned national undergraduate moot court champions. One team member was also recognized as a top speaker, finishing in the top ten from among the 218 participants.
- STU hosted its first Tommies Tournament, with 30 teams from the United States travelling to Fredericton to participate
2018
- Fifth at the American Moot Court Association National Tournament out of over 500 teams.
2017
- First place at the Nelson Mandela World Moot Court, defeating Yale Law School.
2015
- Qualified for the American Moot Court Association national tournament in their second year of operation, winning multiple speaker awards
2014
- STU Moot competed in their first tournament at the Eastern Regional of the American Moot Court Association along with 49 other teams, finishing in the quarterfinals
