Orange Shirt Day: Moccasin Making
Two workshop times available and open to all students:
5:00 PM - 6:00 PM (ADT)
6:00 PM – 7:00 PM (ADT)
Students will learn to make a pair of children's moccasins to contribute to STU's Orange Shirt Day event. After completing their moccasins students are encouraged to donate the moccasins to be showcased on September 30 to represent the children lost and survivors of residential schools.
Students will have their moccasins returned after Orange Shirt Day, picking them up in the Wabanaki Student Centre in James Dunn Hall (JDH).
