The St. Thomas University Master of Social Work Program specializes in advanced direct practice skills and challenging workplace practicums. For many employers, the Master of Social Work degree is the preferred practice degree.

The School of Social Work offers a full-time two-year Master of Social Work for applicants with a Bachelor of Arts degree in the social sciences. This pathway includes one year of foundational social work studies followed by one year of advanced course work in the Master of Social Work program.

Social workers with advanced knowledge and skills are in demand in New Brunswick and across Canada. Join us for our virtual presentation and discussion about the MSW program. Learn more about the program and the admission requirements for the BA to MSW pathway (a full-time two-year program) to an MSW degree.

Contact the Director of the School of Social Work, Marilyn Dupré (mdupre@stu.ca) for more information and to receive an invitation to the Teams Meeting.

We look forward to meeting you!
