Guided Mindfulness Activity

STUdents are invited to join Mental Health Coordinator Brittany Sprague in a weekly guided mindfulness activity that provides students with a space to learn and practice mindfulness skills. Coffee and tea provided.
Guided Mindfulness Activity is a walk-in program that does not require pre-registration. You can attend as often or as little as you wish.
