Anxiety Group is a six-week group that provides a confidential space for students struggling with anxiety to increase self-awareness, learn skills to manage anxiety, and form connections. Sessions facilitated by Brittany Sprague, MSW, RSW, Mental Health Coordinator. Coffee, tea, and baked goods provided.
Group capacity of 15 participants. Pre-registration is required.
