Changing Minds gives us a broader view of what it is like to live with a mental illness, increasing our ability to offer understanding and support through eight instructional modules each addressing an aspect of mental health or mental illness.

Budgeting 101, presented by Michael Miller, CPA, Senior Accountant, SouthEast Mutual, will teach practical skills regarding money management and planning for your needs and wants throughout each month. Managing money and making it last can be stressful. Explore how you feel about money and how you communicate about money issues. This course will help you get your finances on track and prepare for the future. Creating a real and manageable budget will enable opportunities to identify strategies to help you stick to your budget.
